Project Description

Hoss is one of the best local fashion boutiques in Brighton, known for understated luxury fashion pieces. The website offers easy-to-wear, elegant dresses, beautiful silk blouses, high-quality knitwear, and classic and timeless accessories. The target audience for the client was creative-minded women who love to invest in dresses for themselves without thinking about the latest trends.

The client earlier had worked with numerous PPC agencies but failed to balance revenue in paid search, return on ad spend and campaign goals. The client needed help to improve Facebook prospecting ads which brought them to Deftsoft.

The client needs help to enhance Adwords productivity, diminish waste activities and increase ROI. The main objective of setting up the campaign was to increase conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, and revenue. The client needed better contextual re-targeting methodologies for brand recognition and lead generation.


Challenges Faced by Client

  • HOSS, a well-known fashion brand, collaborated with Deftsoft to improve their Facebook prospecting ads.
  • Client acquisition was a challenge. It was difficult to reach out to people who had shown interest in similar items and were likely to convert.
  • It was a challenge to grow the impression share.
  • There was a need to increase conversion leads and reduce costs.
  • Low bounce rate and poor user experience were the reasons for the mediocre performance of the ad campaign.

Plan of Action Our Team Came up With

  • After overviewing the website, we provided PPC consultation to the client covering all aspects of the best practices and cost-saving techniques.
  • Developed new campaign strategies based on the audit of core search directives.
  • Improved impression share by using creative ad copy and a high-quality landing page.
  • The first step in managing our client's Facebook Ads was figuring out their funnel.
  • We split the ad budget for the client across the full Facebook Ad funnel. 85% for TOFU (Top of Funnel), 10% for MOFU (Middle of Funnel), and 5% for BOFU (Bottom of Funnel).
