Urgent & Primary Care takes care of your needs under the direction of Dr. Bhoiwala, who offers medical treatment to patients, including urgent care, primary care, and rheumatology. Their trained doctors provide medical care for a wide range of problems. When the client came to us, he wanted to improve the website user experience to generate more leads and set up a Facebook advertising campaign.

It was the first time the client ventured into the Facebook advertising field. Earlier, the client was working on traditional marketing methods that yielded unsatisfactory results. The main goal was to set up an advertising campaign to generate maximum leads and increase the website user experience. After conducting a thorough website analysis, we suggested setting up a Facebook lead-generating campaign to achieve the set goals.

Key Challenges Faced by Client

  • No prior experience with Facebook advertising.
  • It was a challenge for the client to increase website traffic and leads.
  • The existing application process was not user-friendly.
  • Many potential applicants would leave the process mid-way as it wasn’t’ user-friendly.
  • There was a need to create a new and relevant landing page that would attract the potential audience.
  • There were few leads per month, and the cost per lead was also high.

Overall Strategy We Used to Overcome the Above Challenges

  • Initially, we created a lead form for the client’s website and a traffic campaign to receive maximum traffic for the website.
  • Implemented Facebook Ads Funnel- TOFU, MOFU, BOFU.
  • Conducted extensive audience testing and created custom audiences for website events like page view, view content, and customer list.
  • Created lookalike audiences for all the events i.e., 1%, 2%-4%, 5%-7%, etc.
  • In the end, we launched the Facebook remarketing campaign for the client.
  • Conducted audience research to generate relevant traffic.
  • We added necessary conversion pixel codes to the website and created two campaigns: lead generation and retargeting.
  • In advertising, the focus was on generating more leads.
